Francesca Yates opened Greenacres Osteopathy in Woolverton, near Frome, with no logo, no website and no way to book online. We helped with the name, then built the brand, the website with online booking and the Google profile together, and launched in September 2026.

A new practice has to look established from day one.
People choosing an osteopath are often in pain and nervous about who will treat them. They judge a practice on whether it looks trustworthy and whether they can book without a phone call.
Greenacres had neither a name people recognised nor a website. The job was a calm, professional brand, a site that explains each treatment plainly and takes bookings, and a Google profile that sends people to it.
Brand guide Logo in five lockups with colour variants, print-ready artwork for signs, vans and uniforms, and the palette and type the site is built from. Web design The website A page for every treatment, a first-appointment guide and online booking through Cliniko, the practice’s own booking system.
