KD Plastering & Rendering had years of finished jobs and a strong Checkatrade record, but their website wasn’t turning searches into enquiries. We rebuilt it from scratch and relaunched in September 2026.

Eleven new job enquiries in the first 58 days.

October was the Google profile’s best month of the six.
Calls, chat clicks, direction requests and website clicks, by month. September and October: about 265. July and August: about 177.

What these numbers don’t show yet.
- KD’s name is still the biggest source of clicks: 60 of the 105 clicks Google ties to a search.
- Clicks on those trade searches are low so far, because most sit near the bottom of page one.
- There’s no search data from before launch, so this isn’t a before-and-after comparison.
- October is one good month. Winter will tell us more than autumn has.

A good reputation, living on someone else’s platform.
KD have plastered and rendered homes across Bristol since 2014, with a 9.8/10 Checkatrade score from 194 reviews (Checkatrade, September 2026). Most of their work came through paid directory profiles.
They had a website on their own domain, but it wasn’t bringing in enquiries. The job was to make the site do the work the directories were charging for.
